By booking our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Service quotes provided are estimates and may vary depending on actual site conditions and client requests. Clients are required to provide accurate information regarding property size, access, and service needs before work begins.
Appointments can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or by phone. A deposit may be required for large-scale projects. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
Our team will make every effort to arrive and complete services at the scheduled time. In case of delays due to weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen events, clients will be notified, and a new time will be arranged. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and safe for our team.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time will not incur charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may attract a 20% service charge to cover scheduling and preparation costs. To reschedule, please contact us early — we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred time. If services are postponed due to weather, they will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
While we take the utmost care during our work, Marsive GreenCare East Africa is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, poor soil conditions, or hazards not disclosed prior to the service. Clients must inform us of underground cables, irrigation pipes, or hidden structures before any digging or planting begins.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re unhappy with any aspect of our service, please report it within 24 hours so we can promptly address it.
